No payment. Takes about 60 seconds. We'll send the setup link when your beta invite is ready.
Publish a video. Ship an order. Restore checkout. See how a finished result becomes an encrypted vault receipt, then XP responds.

FocusTrackOne unified system
How XP starts today: focused activity can earn small XP, and focused minutes charge Flow. The hero shows how completed results can make XP more meaningful.
Start with the welcome flow.
Tell FocusTrack what you are working toward, what gets in the way, and what a real win should look like.
This is the real FocusTrack welcome flow. It helps FocusTrack understand what you are working toward before your first Work Mode session.
Your first Work Mode plan
Start with one focused session.
Based on your welcome answers, FocusTrack can help you plan the first session worth doing.
The Desktop App is where this becomes a real Work Mode session. This plan stays on this page unless you choose to include it in your beta invite request.
Include This Plan With My Beta InviteAfter the welcome flow
Then watch an example of work turning into XP.
FocusTrack looks at what changed, why it mattered, and lets XP respond only after the result is clear.
Representative example from your welcome answers. This is not your real work being tracked here.
- Opened Cursor Authentication system
- Implemented OAuth Connected the sign-in path
- Reviewed changes Checked the flow and cleaned the edge cases
- Completed project Ready to ship or review
The XP bar stays still while FocusTrack checks whether this was basic activity or finished work.
- What was this for? FocusTrack looks for one clear piece of work.
- Was Work Mode on? The session matters more when it happened inside focused time.
- Did the work hold together? A useful session stays connected long enough to understand.
- Did attention return to the same work? Small detours matter less when the work keeps pulling you back.
- What changed? What changed by the end of the session?
- Did it reach a stopping point? A draft, fix, decision, or finished piece gives the session shape.
- Is there enough to understand it? FocusTrack should be careful when the picture is incomplete.
- Did it move something forward? Progress means the work mattered, not just that time passed.
- Will this help the next step? Some work makes future work easier.
- Can this session take credit? The review stays cautious when the result is unclear.
- Time spent
- Clicks or mouse movement
- Keyboard activity
- Jumping between tabs
- One clear piece of work
- Something useful changed
- The work stayed steady
- A clearer next step
This is a guided example. The app is where it becomes part of your day.
- What it was for
- Hard to tell
- How it felt
- Interrupted
- Type of work
- Routine cleanup
- What changed
- Still unclear
- What it unlocked
- Not much yet
- What it helps next
- Hard to see yet
There was effort, but the result is still hard to understand.
- What it was for
- Clear
- How it felt
- Steady
- Type of work
- Hard decision
- What changed
- Something useful
- What it unlocked
- The next step
- What it helps next
- More than the minutes show
FocusTrack can see work that made the next step easier.
That is why this example keeps the bar still until the result is clear.
Sometimes the important part is the decision, cleanup, or finish that makes everything after it easier.
The bar waits one beat, then responds.
Why the app matters
The website shows the idea. The app brings it into your real work.
This page can show you how FocusTrack works. The app is where it can learn from a full work session.
Early desktop access is for people who want this kind of review during real Work Mode sessions: finished work, clearer next steps, and XP that reflects what actually got done.
- Offline work
- Desktop applications
- Files created
- Design tools
- Code editors
- Local documents
- Sessions outside Chrome
The Desktop App helps FocusTrack understand real sessions across apps, files, and offline work.
The app handles desktop and offline Work Mode. The Extension brings Chrome work into the same review.
Request your desktop beta invite and bring this kind of review into real Work Mode when your beta invite is ready.
Future mirror
Quiet work becomes progress you can see.
Nothing dramatic. Just finished sessions, steadier patterns, and a clearer memory of what you kept choosing.
-
Today
One useful session is no longer invisible.
You can point to what changed.
-
This week
A few finished pieces start to form a rhythm.
The scattered days look less scattered.
-
This month
You begin to see when your best work actually happens.
Not as a score. As a pattern you can trust.
-
Three months
Your work has a shape now.
Projects, quiet decisions, and finished promises are easier to remember.
-
One year
The record feels less like tracking and more like a mirror.
You can see the person who kept showing up.
Principles
What FocusTrack chooses to value.
FocusTrack is built to be careful with your work. It should notice what moved forward without treating noise like progress.
- Work that moved something forward. A draft finished, a decision made, a promise kept.
- Steady follow-through. The kind of effort that returns to the work instead of chasing motion.
- Careful completion. Enough clarity to know something useful changed.
- Noise that looks productive. Clicks, switching, and motion do not matter by themselves.
- Private content. Your words, messages, and page text should stay yours.
- Guesses dressed up as truth. When the picture is incomplete, the product should stay cautious.
Calm about attention. Careful with progress. Respectful of the person doing the work.
One FocusTrack
Everything comes back to the work you actually did.
Work Mode, Chrome activity, XP, and identity reflection already work together. FocusTrack is growing toward clearer receipts and deeper coaching.
Your goal, focused activity, XP, Flow, and identity reflection stay connected here.
Tell FocusTrack what you are working toward and what a real win looks like.
Keep attention on the work that matters right now.
Focused work in Chrome can join the same XP system.
Desktop and offline work can join the same encrypted vault record when you use the app.
FocusTrack learns what helps you follow through.
The same XP bar keeps real work from feeling scattered.
Nothing needs to feel separate. FocusTrack is building toward one clear view of your activity, results, XP, and next steps.
Focused activity earns XP today. Finished results can earn more.
Focused typing, clicks, and movement can earn small XP today. The example above shows where FocusTrack is going: more XP when a finished result clearly moves your work forward.
Small XP for focused typing, clicks, and movement. Repeated suspicious input is ignored, but no anti-cheat system is perfect.
FocusTrack is being built to give more XP when it can understand what finished and why it mattered.
The app records the focused activity that qualifies for XP. The fuller result story shown above is a guided example of what FocusTrack is building.
The desktop app covers computer and offline work. The Chrome Extension adds Chrome so online work counts too.
Built to understand your work. Built to protect it.
FocusTrack needs enough context to recognize focused activity today and, over time, understand finished work more clearly.
It does not capture typed text or screenshots. In Chrome, it reads the active tab address and title on your device to recognize work context.
How your work stays protected
Your work powers your XP without becoming a copy of your work.
- Work Mode and Chrome Activity counts, not typed text or screenshots
- Chrome context Active tab address and title read on your device
- Activity records Only the fields needed for current XP and review
- Signed-in account Some settings and receipt rows sync to hosted storage
- Identity Reflection A limited summary may be sent to OpenAI
Your protected path
Your work stays yours at every step.
-
Your computer
Typed text, screenshots, raw files, and documents stay out of FocusTrack.
-
Protected cloud storage
Signed-in settings and some receipt rows are encrypted in transit and at rest.
-
Your progress
XP, receipts, review, and reflection help you see what moved forward.
Your work remains yours. The activity record does not contain your typed text, screenshots, raw files, code, documents, or page content. FocusTrack does not sell your work data or use it for ads.
What FocusTrack handles today
| Data | Current handling |
|---|---|
| Typed text and screenshots | Not captured |
| Raw files, code, documents, page content | Not copied into your activity record |
| Active Chrome tab address and title | The full address and title are read on your device and kept in Chrome session storage while needed |
| Activity and XP receipt details | Stored locally; some signed-in receipt rows sync to hosted account storage |
| Identity Reflection summary | May be sent to OpenAI when reflection runs; no raw page or file content |
| Beta request details | Stored on our server and emailed to support when you submit the form |
Hosted account rows use account access rules and provider security controls. This is not end-to-end encryption with a key only you hold; authorized service operations can access rows when needed to run or support the beta.

FocusTrack learns how you work.
Today, FocusTrack can reflect on the progress it already knows about in the app. Deeper coaching based on finished work is still being built.
Over time, it should help FocusTrack tell the difference between scattered activity, steady execution, and work that changed something.
- Patterns
- Goals
- Blockers
- Execution style
Today, FocusTrack can reflect on the progress already in the app. It can suggest a next step, but it cannot award XP or decide that work is complete.
The app contains a sealed preview of a future reward economy. Live redemption is disabled, and FocusTrack does not promise gift cards or redeemable rewards today.
Planned agent connections
Human work. Agent work. One XP system.
Codex and Claude connections are not live yet. When they are, supported agent work can join the same FocusTrack experience, but agents will not award themselves XP.
Human work. Agent work. One XP system.
Identity layer
Your work can become character growth.
FocusTrack turns real computer work into XP. Your XP and reflections support the identity you are building, while FocusTrack keeps learning what meaningful progress looks like for you.
Use the desktop app and Chrome Extension together.
The app covers your computer and offline work. The Extension brings Chrome work into the same XP system.
Where Work Mode, focused activity XP, reflection, review, and Flow start.
Brings online work in Chrome into the same encrypted vault XP system as the app.
Send the access link to desktop so you can open FocusTrack where it runs.
Why this exists
Built for people who want real work to count.
Timers can show how long you stayed at the desk. FocusTrack is built for the harder question: what changed, and how much should it count?
The app and Extension screens above were reviewed against current builds on August 4, 2026. FocusTrack is in private desktop beta; public downloads and pricing are not live yet.
Email info@focustrack.ai for product, access, privacy, or support questions. You can review the current status and privacy details before requesting access.
Why it keeps getting more useful
FocusTrack gets clearer as you use it.
FocusTrack is built around a loop you can repeat: set your goal, run one Work Mode session, review what changed, and return with a clearer next move.
The welcome flow gives FocusTrack a starting point: what you are working toward and what a real win should feel like.
Start in the desktop app. Add the Extension so online work in Chrome joins the same XP system.
After a Work Mode session, FocusTrack helps you notice the useful part: the finished piece, the cleaner next step, or the pattern worth repeating.
The next session starts with more context. Over time, your XP, receipts, and coaching feel less scattered.
FocusTrack thesis
FocusTrack gives more XP to work that actually moves something forward. Not every minute should earn the same XP. FocusTrack looks for what changed: the finished piece, the clearer next step, or the task that made the next session easier.
Make your work as addicting as video games.
Request desktop beta access for Work Mode, focused activity XP, reflection, review, and Flow. XP for completed results and deeper coaching are still being built.
