Today, eligible focused activity can earn small XP. One focused minute lights one red glyph; fifteen glyphs activate Flow State. FocusTrack is still validating larger XP for finished results.

Hosted account rows use account access rules and provider security controls. This is not end-to-end encryption with a key only you hold; authorized service operations can access rows when needed to run or support the beta.
